Example: You ship a package on Monday that takes 2 business days to arrive.

You do not count the day you ship as a business day, so your package would arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date.

To remove this service we must have a written, signed declaration prior to shipping your order. Declarations can be emailed to powerhouse@enginekits.com, attn: E-Order. Please include order # and contact information.

*It is our policy to ship to the billing address of your credit card. If your credit card is billed to a post office box(P.O. Box), we must have a physical address. FED-EX does not deliver to P.O. boxes. To ship to an address other than your billing address, you must add that address as an "ALTERNATE SHIPPING ADDRESS" on your credit card.

Alternate shipping addresses can be added by calling the 1-800 number on the back of your card.

Warranty and Liability Disclaimer

All Powerhouse Labeled Products carry the manufacturers warranty or sold “AS IS’’ as noted in the *Performance/High Performance warranty. Powerhouse does not manufacture any part and does not imply or express any manufacturing capabilities on any part we sell. There is absolutely “no warranty’’ on any cranks with heavy metal/mallory installed after crank is installed.

Double check the SIZES and the correctness of all parts BEFORE INSTALLATION, to replace your original parts. You must call POWERHOUSE PriorToInstallation any errors in your order. All new parts carry their manufacturer’s warranty, if any, which varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. The sole judgement for any warranty is that of the manufacturer of the part. Any credit due MUST come from the manufacturer.
Under no  circumstances will   POWERHOUSE  be  held responsible  for  any  part  that  fails  whether  a  wrong  part  was installed  or a failure  occurs  due to a defective  part,  as you the Installer are the last Person to assemble your engine. Reconditioned cranks and rods ARE NOT WARRANTIED against  breakage  due to the  unknown  time  in service of  the  part.  Cranks  must  be double-checked for  size with  a micrometer before  installation, the  flange  for correct flywheel mounting and the  snout  for  correct application and fit.
IT IS THE INSTALLERS RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK BEFORE  INSTALLING  EVERY  PART FOR CORRECT  SIZE AND FIT. Powerhouse  must  be  contacted  in writing  Prior  to any  Labor Warranty or parts replaced to open a claim with Powerhouse or the Manufacturer. No parts purchased outside of Powerhouse or labor you paid for will be authorized without first receiving written permission from Powerhouse. Our machine shop labor is 30 days from final invoice to be on size. No Labor warranty on any high performance machine work.
Any   warranty   claim   after   the  manufacturer’s   warranty   has expired will be deemed invalid as Out of Manufacturer Warranty.  Your warranty, if any, starts on the date of the receipt of your parts,  not installation  of parts,  and only to the original purchaser. Whether you open a claim or not we do not pay for any part you purchase outside Powerhouse to replace a defective or wrong part. POWERHOUSE ENGINE COMPONENTS INC. expressly disclaims  all  warranties,  either  expressed  or  implied,  including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose except as described herein. H. P. *PERFORMANCE/HIGH PERFORMANCE WARRANTY DISCLAIMER These  parts  were  carefully designed to  give  the  best  possible service in  racing  and  special performance applications. These  parts  are  sold  “AS  IS’’  without  any  expressed or  implied warranty. Our company shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages: including, but not limited to, damage or loss of other property or equipment, labor costs, loss of profits or revenue, cost of purchased or replacement goods, or claims of customers of the purchases: which may arise and/or result from the sale, installation or use of these parts. These parts are intended only for use in vehicles used in competitive events or in other types of vehicles which are exempt from the applicable Emission Control Laws.

“Only parts produced for the year of the engine (by the manufacturer) in the year it was manufactured are warrantied. Powerhouse Inc. expressly prohibits and denies any person from issuing any expressed or implied warranty on its behalf. Any and all Powerhouse prices are subject to change without notice. You must request in writing (at the time you send a warranty request in) if you require your old parts to be returned. All parts returned freight collect back to you. Powerhouse WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURN shipped to us c.o.d.

Returns & Replacements

Return Item Procedures:
1. “BEFORE’’ ANY ITEM can be returned you MUST call Powerhouse for a RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION “RGA’’number, all others will be refused and returned to the sender.
2. “BEFORE’’ you return any item be sure the item being returned is either boxed in the box you originally received your   parts   in   or   you   must carefully   pack   returned merchandise in a box that will not be damaged in freight.
A.  Any  items  shipped  in  error  or  defective  MUST BEPREPAID to us ground UPS. We will credit your parts and freight (if any) back on our ERROR or defective (by the manufacturer) part.
B.  Parts  shipped  in  ERROR  by  us  will  be  replaced
PREPAID to you ground UPS.
3. Your “RGA’’NUMBERMUST be on the outside of your package  or  it  will be REFUSED.  DO NOT  send  your ORIGINAL INVOICE back to us. Please make a copy and send it with your package.
A.  Your package MUST include a daytime and evening phone number. Phone calls to you will be made between 8-4:30 Pacific time, so please write down 2 phone numbers, if possible.
4. To  receive  any  credit  you  MUST  RETURN  your  items prepaid within 30 days after you receive them. Every item ordered in error is subject to 25% to 50% restocking fee. No returns after 30 days.
A. Any opened gaskets, bearings, skin packages or installed parts are not available for credit, if ordered by error.
5. Refunds on Returns are handled within 30 business days after your merchandise arrives at Powerhouse, unless there is a warranty or claim involved. Warranty or claim may take up to 120 days.
Returns and exchanges are to be made within 30 days from date on invoice, no exceptions.

Credit Cards
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express and PayPal. Make sure to enter your complete account number, expiration date and CVV2 Number. It is POWERHOUSE policy to ship to only the authorized address on the card. If your PO Box is the only address on the credit card, you must add a physical shipping address. *Any incomplete or incorrect information may cause a delay in your merchandise being shipped.

Businesses: It is POWERHOUSE policy to ship only to a business with a verified address on the credit card. If you would like to change an item(s) on your order, you are required to fax it to 661.323.6394 after the order is complete.
