Returns and exchanges are to be made within 60 days from date on invoice, no exceptions.

• POWERHOUSE must be contacted prior to any product being shipped back to receive an RGA# (Return Goods Authorization #).
• Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable, except parts shipped in error.
• Please include a copy of your invoice with all returns and exchanges. This helps to expedite your return.
• A full explanation of warranty and return/exchange procedures are listed on the back of your invoice.
• We will not accept any returns sent COD or freight collect.
• All returns/exchanges are to be done by original purchaser.
